1. Who we are

TrustVest is operated by TrustVest, Inc. (“TrustVest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with its principal office at 1 Ledger Square, Suite 400, New York, NY 10004. These terms form an agreement between you and TrustVest when you access or use our website, product, or related services.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, using the service, or funding an investment through TrustVest, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. The service

TrustVest provides a goal-matched investing experience focused on stocks and ETFs. You answer questions about your goal, timeline, and risk comfort; we surface matches based on those answers. Projected returns, minimum investment periods, and applicable fees are stated before you fund anything.

The service is currently in preview. Features, availability, and matching logic may change as we refine the product. We do not offer banking services, budgeting tools, crypto assets as investable instruments, options, leverage, or day-trading facilities.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and meet any age or residency requirements that apply in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of TrustVest complies with local law.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or close accounts that appear to violate these terms or that present risk to the service or other users.

6. Funding and minimum investment period

You may fund investments by the methods we make available (for example, bank transfer or other supported options). A minimum investment period applies — currently six months unless otherwise stated for a specific match. That period is shown before you fund. Withdrawals generally become available after the minimum period completes and a return is realized, subject to the terms stated for that investment.

7. Fees

Any fees that apply are disclosed before you fund. We do not hide material costs in fine print. If fee structures change, we will update the relevant disclosures; existing funded positions remain subject to the terms that applied when you funded them unless we state otherwise with appropriate notice.

8. Risk disclosure

Investing in stocks and ETFs involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance and projected returns are not guarantees of future results. Projections shown in the product are illustrative and based on the information and models available at the time; they are not promises. You should only invest money you can afford to leave invested for the stated minimum period and that fits your overall financial situation.

TrustVest does not provide personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. The matches and information on the platform are informational tools, not recommendations tailored to your complete financial picture. Consider consulting a qualified adviser if you need advice specific to your circumstances.

9. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users’ accounts
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
• Use the service in a way that could harm TrustVest, other users, or third parties

10. Intellectual property

“TrustVest” and related names, logos, and product names are trademarks of TrustVest, Inc. The website, product interface, copy, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as needed to use the service as intended.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustVest disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustVest and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have paid no fees, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New York, New York, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
