Cybersecurity — TrustVest

Security is the baseline, not a feature.

We built TrustVest so that protecting your data and your money is the starting point of every decision — not something added later. Here’s what that means in practice.

Four things we hold ourselves to

These are not marketing points. They are the rules we work under every day.

Encrypted, always

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. That is the minimum standard, not an optional upgrade.

Your information stays yours

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. Full stop.

Terms before you fund

Minimum investment periods, fees, and conditions are stated clearly before any money moves.

Access is limited by design

Only the people and systems that need to see your information can. Everything else is locked out.

How we protect what you share with us

Security is a set of everyday practices, not a single product claim. This is the practical side of how we treat your information.

  • Encryption as the default

Data is encrypted when it is stored and when it moves between you and our systems. There is no “unencrypted mode.”

  • Strict internal access

Team members only see what they need to do their job. Access is reviewed regularly and revoked when it is no longer required.

  • Clear records and audit trails

We keep logs of important actions so we can understand what happened if something ever goes wrong — and fix it.

  • Continuous monitoring

Systems are watched for unusual activity. When something looks off, we investigate promptly.

What we never do

Some lines are simply not crossed. These are among them.

  • We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
  • We never use your data to target you with unrelated advertising.
  • We never hide fees, minimum periods, or material conditions in fine print.
  • We never require you to fund an account before you can see the terms that apply to it.
  • We never treat security as optional or as something that can be turned off for convenience.

Common questions

Do you sell my data?
No. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. That is a fixed policy, not a temporary promise.
Who inside TrustVest can see my information?
Only the people and systems that need specific information to do their work. Access is limited by role and reviewed on a regular basis.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We investigate, contain the issue, and communicate clearly with affected users. We also review what happened so the same problem is less likely to occur again.
Are the security claims on the homepage backed by the same standards here?
Yes. The statements on the main site — encryption at rest and in transit, no sale of data, terms stated before you fund — are the same commitments described on this page.
